Refund Policy: Refund requests must be submitted within seven days of initial enrollment and before accessing more than 25% of program materials. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval and exclude any payment processing fees.

We reserve the right to modify program fees at any time. Price changes will not affect participants who have already enrolled. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party processors, and we do not store your complete payment information.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through our services remain the exclusive property of RevenueLab. This includes:

  • Program curricula, frameworks, and methodologies
  • Educational materials, templates, and worksheets
  • Video content, recordings, and multimedia resources
  • Website design, logos, branding, and trademarks
  • Analytical tools, spreadsheets, and software provided as part of programs

License Grant: Upon enrollment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use program materials solely for your personal professional development. This license does not include rights to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works.

You may use frameworks and concepts learned in programs to inform your professional work, but you may not package or resell our specific materials, methodologies, or content. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action and immediate termination of access.

8. User-Generated Content

If our services include forums, comment sections, or other areas where you can submit content, you agree that:

  • You own or have rights to any content you submit
  • Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
  • You grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and reproduce your content in connection with our services

Upon termination, your right to access our services immediately ceases, and you must discontinue all use of program materials.
